H1's medical affairs product is a proactive HCP intelligence platform — combining publication data, congress activity, influence mapping, and clinical profile data into rich, structured profiles used by medical affairs teams at the world's largest pharmaceutical companies. This PM role owns that product surface end to end, sitting at the intersection of data quality, user workflow, and domain expertise.
As Product Manager for Medical Affairs & HCP Intelligence, you will define and execute the roadmap for H1's core HCP profile product, driving discovery with medical affairs users, partnering with data science on profile coverage and freshness, and ensuring the product delivers clear, defensible value to pharma clients.
You understand how medical affairs teams actually operate — their workflows, their data needs, and what a useful KOL profile looks like in practice. You've built or materially improved data intelligence products and know how to make tradeoffs between coverage, freshness, and accuracy. You lead with curiosity and bring structured thinking to ambiguous problems.
This role pays $140,000 to $175,000 per year, based on experience, in addition to equity (RSUs).
