• Formulate and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with NextEra’s goals and market opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, marketing, and other teams to drive product initiatives and deliver best-in-class solutions.
• Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure the product meets and exceeds their expectations.
• Lead Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product deliveries.
• Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks related to product development.
• Provide regular updates to leaders and stakeholders on product progress, key achievements, and strategic direction.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

The estimated base pay for this position is $118,400.00to $177,600.00per year. Starting pay will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, job-related and industry knowledge and skills and education/training.
