The Broker Platform is crucial for brokers, and as a Senior Product Manager I, you will help define the strategy to grow the product and its user base. You will leverage your experience in Real Estate, Software Development, and Business to deliver innovative brokerage tools. Working closely with technical teams, UX designers, brand operators, and third-party vendors, you will ensure value delivery to our customer base of real estate brokers. You will determine the why, what, and when of product development, coordinating with internal and external engineering teams.

We seek an experienced PM to collaborate with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to create impactful experiences for our brokers. Candidates should foster an inclusive culture, encourage growth, and partner effectively across teams to design holistic solutions. Technical depth is required to make informed tradeoffs among multiple technology options. Your expertise in creating performant, flexible experiences and building cross-team partnerships will be key. You will also represent the team and product, ensuring a cohesive Broker Experience story.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a thought leader, leveraging curiosity, user and market research, and data analysis to chart a profitable product strategy that meets user needs.
• Lead daily product activities from vision to roadmap to implementation.
• Influence high-impact areas within the organization to positively impact our users.
• Drive usability studies, improve navigation, and analyze data for customer insights.
• Define product roadmaps, collaborate with engineering, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Utilize product feedback, research, and operational data to inform decisions.
• Address urgent product issues in collaboration with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in product management, launching successful digital products.
• Residential real estate brokerage knowledge is a plus but not required.
