This remote opportunity offers significant ownership in a competitive consumer fintech environment where product quality and measurable impact drive success.

Accountabilities
  • Own the growth marketing product roadmap: Define and manage the end-to-end roadmap for marketing enablement, establishing priorities, intake processes, and delivery standards that connect campaign ideas with product execution.
  • Optimize acquisition funnels: Identify opportunities to improve conversion throughout the user journey, applying user psychology, UX principles, and experimentation to reduce friction and increase acquisition efficiency.
  • Build tailored campaign experiences: Design and launch personalized web and in-app journeys for users arriving through push notifications, email, paid advertising, social media, affiliate partnerships, and other acquisition channels.
  • Develop lifecycle engagement strategies: Improve push notifications and email experiences to make communications more relevant, timely, and effective at driving user activation, engagement, and repeat activity.
  • Manage incentives and referral programs: Own product mechanisms that encourage new and existing users to engage, including promotional offers, friend referrals, recurring deposits, and earn-focused campaigns.
  • Expand acquisition channels: Develop the product capabilities and tracking foundations needed to support paid social, search, affiliate, and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring performance can be measured effectively.
  • Accelerate mobile growth: Explore and develop mobile acquisition opportunities through in-product social features, creator partnerships, community initiatives, and referral mechanics.
  • Improve landing pages and search performance: Enhance the discovery and conversion experience while building scalable product foundations that make marketing investments more measurable and effective.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration: Act as the central product owner for growth enablement, aligning marketing, design, engineering, and data teams around shared objectives and execution priorities.
  • Define and measure growth outcomes: Establish acquisition, activation, conversion, and reactivation metrics, run structured experiments, communicate results transparently, and use insights to inform future product decisions.
Requirements
  • Product management expertise: Demonstrated experience owning product roadmaps and delivering initiatives from strategy and discovery through implementation, launch, and continuous improvement.
  • Growth and marketing enablement: Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, conversion optimization, lifecycle marketing, retention strategies, and the product capabilities to support marketing campaigns.
  • Experimentation and analytics: Ability to identify funnel bottlenecks, formulate hypotheses, design experiments, interpret results, and make evidence-based decisions using relevant product and marketing metrics.
  • User experience and behavioral insights: Strong product judgment and understanding of user psychology, usability, and customer journeys, with the ability to translate behavioral insights into practical improvements.
  • Campaign and lifecycle experience: Familiarity with personalized campaign journeys, push notifications, email engagement, referral programs, incentives, recurring deposits, and reactivation strategies.
  • Acquisition channel expertise: Understanding of paid social, search, affiliate marketing, landing page optimization, and performance measurement across digital and offline acquisition channels.
  • Cross-functional leadership: Proven ability to coordinate marketing, design, engineering, and data teams, align diverse stakeholders, and drive initiatives without relying solely on formal authority.
  • Strategic ownership: Ability to establish a new function or operating model, prioritize competing opportunities, define clear processes, and turn ambiguous business goals into an actionable roadmap.
  • Data-driven communication: Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to define success metrics, report outcomes honestly, explain unsuccessful experiments, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Adaptability and execution: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment, balancing strategic planning with hands-on delivery and continuous iteration.
  • Relevant industry interest: Experience in consumer technology, fintech, financial services, or another high-growth digital product environment is valuable, particularly where acquisition and retention are central to business success.
