Selling Partner Services is looking for a passionate, innovative leader to help define and set economic conditions for the success of our sellers globally. To meet our sellers’ needs, our smart, diverse, customer-obsessed employees are constantly innovating on behalf of sellers, developing fee strategies and incentives to help sellers grow on Amazon. The role will impact sellers offering new, used, and collectible products to Amazon customers around the world. In a very real way, we are changing lives with the work we do. The ideal candidate has excellent business acumen and judgment, profound curiosity, strong technical skills, deep analytical abilities, superior written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. They will make data driven decision, be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and juggling multiple projects, able to think big and be creative (while paying careful attention to detail), and will enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment. They will work closely with Operations, Product, Marketing, Seller Recruitment, Business, and Finance teams around the world. This position requires a candidate with the proven ability to engage with senior business stakeholders, think creatively, drive results, keep pace with our explosive growth, and inspire teammates to meet the challenges of a fast-moving business.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
