Amazon is seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager based in Seattle, WA, to join Customer Experience and Business Trends (CXBT).
This Sr. Product Manager will be central to scaling one of our global services by being the strategic connective tissue across multiple teams within the service. This role bridges Product Managers, Finance & Accounting, Risk, Engineering, and IT Security teams. Given the team's global distribution, a core part of the role is ensuring that coordination, tooling, and operating mechanisms are designed for asynchronous, autonomous operation across time zones.
A key responsibility is owning the team's business rhythm, including authoring and driving MBRs, WBRs, QBRs, OP1, and goal delivery mechanisms to ensure operational rigor and executive-level reporting.
The Sr. Product Manager will drive three interconnected mandates: (1) owning the roadmap, development, and scaling of internal products (including AI/Agentic tools) that enable teams to operate effectively and autonomously across time zones. This means moving beyond ad-hoc, side-of-desk tooling toward a disciplined product portfolio designed for global, asynchronous operation, (2) unifying cross-vertical coordination to ensure alignment and cohesion across a diverse portfolio of workstreams, and (3) directly owning and driving the organization's business rhythm (including MBRs, WBRs, QBRs, OP1 Planning, and goal delivery) into a streamlined operating model that the PM authors and presents to CXBT leaders. Where relevant, these products will be scaled to other services within CXBT.
This is a high-visibility role for a product thinker who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. The team is at a critical inflection point, scaling its deliverables and needing a central operator who can shape the approach, drive clarity across complex workstreams, and build the tooling backbone that powers it all.
