Job summary

Roblox is seeking a Senior Product Manager for developer earnings to own earnings management for creators across games on Roblox. You will drive strategy to help developers maximize earnings, manage payouts, and reinvest in growth.

You will partner with design, engineering and business teams to define scope, prioritize releases, and build scalable monetization features while safeguarding against fraud. This role is based in San Mateo, CA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with monetization and game analytics.
• Entrepreneurial drive with ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and make calls with limited information.
• Technical mindset with ability to work with engineering on scalable solutions.
• Data-driven approach with KPI tracking, instrumentation and experimentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to convey strategies and detailed specs.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy for developer earnings monetization on Roblox.
• Drive pricing optimization and fraud risk minimization.
• Partner with product, design, engineering and business teams to align roadmaps.
• Scope, review capabilities, prioritize releases, and identify new opportunities.
• Lead brainstorming, iterate ideas, and build with cross-functional teams.
• Defend POV while incorporating feedback to deliver best outputs.
• Balance new features with existing backlog and align to product vision.
