Job summary

Roblox in San Mateo, CA seeks a Principal Product Manager for Subscriptions and Revenue Growth. You will own the long-term strategy, pricing, tiering, and multi-year vision for subscriptions, partnering across teams to deliver exclusive benefits and international expansion.

You will drive acquisition, retention, and developer-led offerings, backed by a rigorous experimentation program and data-driven decision making, reporting to the Sr. Director Product, Economy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience leading large cross-company initiatives.
• Deep growth experimentation expertise (A/B testing, funnel analysis).
• Data-driven with strong metric ownership and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Owns long-term strategy and roadmap for Roblox subscriptions and revenue growth.
• Drives acquisition, retention, churn reduction, and international expansion.
• Defines and ships new subscriber benefits in collaboration with key teams.
• Works with developers and creators on developer-led subscription offerings.
• Builds and runs rigorous growth experiments and analyzes results.
• Owns metrics from penetration and cohorts to bookings; reports to executives.
• Sets product standards and mentors other PMs to raise strategic quality.
