Santander Consumer USA Inc. is seeking a Sr. Associate, Product Management to lead product development for Auto Finance pricing, decisioning, and originations.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, scalable, and profitable solutions that support risk management, pricing strategy, and funding objectives. The role requires strong analytical skills, extensive knowledge of auto finance products, and experience with Agile methodologies.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Finance or equivalent field.
• 9+ Years Related work experience.
• Experience with Auto Finance pricing, decisioning, and originations platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex requirements into scalable product features.

Responsabilidades

• Define business and functional requirements and lead design of product strategies across decision engines, pricing frameworks, and originations.
• Lead cross-functional sessions with Credit Risk, Pricing Strategy, Development, Operations, Compliance, and Marketing.
• Develop deep knowledge of Auto Finance products including pricing models and decisioning rules.
• Summarize analytical findings and provide actionable recommendations for management.
