Job summary

Amazon in Seattle seeks a Sr. Product Manager - Technical for Network Solutions. You will own the NCC product area, defining requirements, and partnering with Engineering, Applied Science, and Operations to build an AI-native incident management platform.

You will shape the product from concept to production, balancing trade-offs, aligning with customer outcomes, and driving measurable improvements in observability and incident response across the global network.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
Experience contributing to engineering discussions about technology decisions and strategy.
Experience managing technical products or online services.
Experience representing critical customers and stakeholders during executive prioritization.
Experience managing and deploying ML products.
Experience building analytic or scientific data products or solutions.
Experience designing and launching new products from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a core capability area.
Write product requirements translating customer needs into engineering deliverables.
Partner with Applied Science and Engineering to define model requirements and feedback.
