Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve key platforms within the HomeServices Technology Platform. You will partner with engineering, design, data, and leadership to define outcomes, drive execution, and deliver measurable customer and business impact.

You will lead end-to-end development, write epics and user stories, and translate business goals into a clear roadmap with success metrics, while balancing customer needs and market trends.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex digital products.
  • Experience with Digital Experience Platforms (e.g., PostHog, Optimizely, Google Analytics, FullStory).
  • Experience partnering with designers to conduct usability studies, user interviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Experience in real estate, marketplace, or transaction-based software preferred.
  • Experience in prototyping, experimentation frameworks, and evidence-based decision-making strongly preferred.

  • Champion the voice of the customer through direct research, stakeholder feedback, analytics, and usability testing.

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for owning and evolving key products and capabilities within the HomeServices Technology Platform. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and strategic influence, partnering closely with engineering, design, data, business stakeholders, and leadership to define outcomes, drive execution, and deliver meaningful customer and business impact. As a senior individual contributor, this role goes beyond feature execution to include product strategy formation, roadmap ownership, cross‑functional leadership, and measurable business results. The Senior Product Manager serves as a subject‑matter expert for their product area and is accountable for long‑term product success.

2. Product Management & Execution

  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to inform product direction.

4. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Align stakeholders across business, technology, and operations on priorities, timelines, and expectations.
  • Influence without authority by building trust, articulating clear rationale, and facilitating decision‑
  • Partner with vendor and third‑party providers to define requirements, support
  • implementation, and resolve escalations.

5. Communication & Storytelling

  • Clearly communicate product vision, roadmap, status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain clear, concise product documentation to ensure transparency and alignment across teams. Present product insights, performance metrics, and recommendations in a compelling, data‑driven manner.

  • Perform responsibilities as directed achieving desired results within expected time frames and with a high degree of quality and professionalism.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.

Experience:

  • Deep familiarity with Agile product development methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency with design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma preferred).

Wage: $112,000 - $151,000 annually; actual wage is based upon education and experience. Potential for annual discretionary bonus.
