Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS or developer tools environment.
• Strong technical foundation enabling rapid ramp on new technologies.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to craft clear, concise product narratives and roadmaps.
• Self-driven, pragmatic, and comfortable operating independently.

• Clearly articulate customer challenges and advocate for their needs internally.

• Collaborate with third-party partners and vendors to deliver seamless, first-class user experiences for customers
• Translate customer requirements into product direction and champion the roadmap with engineering
• Embrace rapid iteration, seek continuous feedback, and drive progress toward Rafay's vision
• Lead enablement sessions and create content to promote new features internally and externally
• Represent Rafay at trade shows and deliver technical talks at conferences and community events

WHAT WE WANT TO SEE

• 5+ years of experience in product management
• Experience in B2B SaaS and/or developer tools preferred
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to quickly ramp on new technologies
• Skilled at delivering clear, effective technical presentations
