Job summary

Rafay is seeking a Product Manager to help shape the future of our GPU PaaS and Kubernetes-based automation platform. This hybrid role requires 2 days in the office and offers the opportunity to work with cloud providers and enterprise teams to deliver secure self-service AI and cloud-native apps at scale.

You will translate customer needs into a clear product strategy and partner with engineering to drive a bold roadmap.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product management.
Experience in B2B SaaS and/or developer tools preferred.
Strong technical foundation with ability to ramp on new technologies.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Self-driven, pragmatic, and comfortable operating independently.
Growth-oriented and receptive to feedback.

Responsibilities

Clearly articulate customer challenges and advocate for their needs internally
Collaborate with third-party partners and vendors to deliver seamless, first-class user experiences for customers
Translate customer requirements into product direction and champion the roadmap with engineering
Embrace rapid iteration, seek continuous feedback, and drive progress toward Rafay’s vision
Lead enablement sessions and create content to promote new features internally and externally
Represent Rafay at trade shows and deliver technical talks at conferences and community events
