Software Resources in Orlando, FL seeks a Sr. Product Manager to own the product vision and roadmap for food & beverage and supply chain platforms.

You will partner with business, operations, engineering, and UX teams to translate priorities into technology solutions and drive end-to-end delivery. The role requires 5+ years in digital/tech with strong supply chain experience, excellent executive communication, and a data-driven approach to prioritize capabilities and OKRs.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in digital or technology roles in the supply chain industry.
  • Deep supply chain experience through all aspects of the product lifecycle.
  • Experience working on solutions for technical, user, and business issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong command of agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
  • Strong ability to break down complex problems into clear requirements and deliverable increments.
  • Clear and effective written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate and influence at an executive level.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate a compelling vision for complex and seemingly disparate concepts.
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action, with a willingness to take personal initiative.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, effective working relationships and cross-functional partnerships across Technology and operational teams.
  • Ability to work with bi-coastal and/or international teams across multiple time zones.
  • Experience synthesizing complex or diverse project data, stakeholder feedback, and business objectives to drive decision-making.
  • Effectively provide overall product leadership across multiple teams, while working collaboratively to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

Software Resources has an immediate, long term contract job opportunity for a Sr. Product Manager with a major corporation in Orlando, FL. On-site 4 days per week, Remote Fridays.

Our team delivers end-to-end technology solutions that power both Guest and Cast experiences across Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation, Merchandise, and other digital platforms.

The Sr. Product Manager, based in Orlando, FL and reporting to the Lead Product Manager, is part of the Retail, Restaurant, and Supply Chain Technology organization and supports food & beverage and supply chain technology platforms. This role serves as a key partner to business and operations teams, building strong relationships to understand priorities, translate business needs into technology solutions, and drive the ongoing implementation and continuous improvement of critical platforms. The Sr. Product Manager will collaborate closely with stakeholders across business, operations, engineering, UX, project management, QE, Financial Systems, and release management to align priorities, deliver value, and support long-term product success.

Responsibilities:

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Specific experience with Food and Beverage Supply Chain ERPs (e.g., Crunchtime, Symphony Retail AI, CBORD).
  • Experience with the implementation of demand/supply forecasting using AI/ML (e.g., Blue Yonder Forecasting & Replenishment).
  • Experience implementing Supply Chain Services / Integration Platforms.
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, generate product artifacts, and support rapid prototyping and evaluation of new product concepts.
  • Passion for continuous learning and delivering high-quality outcomes.
Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
