Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape customer-centered product experiences across digital touchpoints. You will partner with research, product, and engineering to turn insights into intuitive, cohesive design.

This role contributes to design systems, prototyping, experimentation, and workshops that guide decision-making and strengthen the overall product experience. Remote work is available for US-based candidates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional product design experience.
• Exceptional design craftsmanship.
• Online portfolio showcasing consumer-facing products.
• Strong presentation skills for management and peers.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.
• Expertise in Figma, Claude Design, and user testing tools.
• Experience with large design systems and component libraries.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills.
• Passion for iterative design processes.
• Collaborative approach in agile environments.
• Experience across multiple platforms (Android, iOS, mobile web, desktop).
• Knowledge of responsive design is a plus.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Product Designer to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will shape customer-centered product experiences that feel intuitive, cohesive, and visually polished across digital touchpoints. You will partner closely with research, product, engineering, and other stakeholders to turn user insights and business needs into design solutions that improve clarity and usability. The position will also contribute to design systems, prototyping, experimentation, and workshops that help guide decision-making and strengthen the overall product experience.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 – $135,000 annually
