Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation in Chicago seeks a senior Business Solutions Lead responsible for planning, development, integration, and execution of complex product initiatives within our business architecture. You will liaise with stakeholders across the company to document concepts, requirements, and drive successful market-ready solutions.

You will work with product and marketing managers to articulate needs, develop business cases, prioritize projects, and ensure alignment and integration

Job Summary

This Position Is Responsible For Planning, Development, Integration, And Execution Of Complex Product Solutions Initiatives Within The Constructs Of Hcscs Business Architecture Including Proofs Of Concept, Pilots, Product Solutions, And Marketing Solutions.. Liaising With Key Stakeholders Throughout The Company In The Documentation And Successful Execution Of Specified Marketing Solutions And Product Solutions Across All Segments And Multiple Divisions.. Working Closely With Product And Marketing Managers To Fully Articulate And Document Detailed Concepts, Solution Needs And Features, Rationalize Requirements Across Business Cases, And Ensure Appropriate Integration Across Solutions.. Representing Product Solutions In The Planning And Analysis And Implementation Phases To Ensure The Essence Of The Concept Is Maintained And Brought To Market.. Developing Business Cases For Product Solutions For Marketing And Product Solutions, Including The Prioritization, Submission, Administration, And Execution Of Projects In The Group Portfolio.. Leading The Development And Enhancement Of Business Development Methodologies And Processes..

Required Job Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 4 years of experience in business analysis, system implementation efforts or project management OR 8 years of experience in business analysis, system implementation efforts or project management.
• Comfortable with change, and working in a flexible and dynamic work environment.
• Clear and concise written, presentation, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Experience working across various departments with various levels of management handling sensitive or difficult situations as well as developing and delivering formal training to internal and external customers.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working independently and in group settings and responding to rapidly changing priorities.
• Experience identifying risks and issues and creating mitigation strategies.
• Takes initiative in driving results, asking astute questions, proactively reaching out to stakeholders, and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Job Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, mathematics, philosophy, IT systems, public health / health policy.
• Consulting or client/product implementation experience in a large organization.
• Financial, estimating, and budget management experience as it relates to projects, implementations, and/or operations.
• Conflict management and resolution skills.
• Knowledge of or experience with the SDLC.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance industry and current trends related to new products/ networks, as well as new legislation and interaction with government affairs.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

$84,400.00 - $152,300.00
