We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager or Senior Product Analyst to join our team. Individuals will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, conduct market research, and analyze performance metrics. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills in Excel, Tableau, and Power BI, and P&C experience (Personal Lines, preferred).
Compensation Grade: E3 Payband
This position may be filled at the E or F band level, based on candidate experience and qualifications.

As a Senior Analyst, you'll provide detailed data analysis in support of the Product Management team. This includes performing data extraction and analysis and formulating solutions to sophisticated business issues. You'll work as part of a cross-functional team on projects, systems, workflows and processes. In addition, you may lead portions of work that contribute to the overall project.
May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Reporting Relationships: Reports to Senior Product Manager or Product Manager. Individual contributor role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in insurance, actuarial science, mathematics, risk management, economics, finance, accounting, business administration or related field preferred.
Licenses/Certifications: Progress toward CPCU, AU CIC, INS ARM, Actuarial exams or similar designations preferred.
Experience: Three years of experience in property and casualty insurance or related area and experience with data analysis preferred.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Knowledge of analytical tools, core business functions, underwriting methodologies, performance measurement techniques, and systems required. Basic knowledge of related pricing, marketing, company operations and products. Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite. Ability to analyze data, identify issues, devise solutions, select actions and follow through. Strong communication skills. Ability to organize and present detailed analysis and concepts. Ability to prioritize work/time.
Other criteria, including leadership skills, proficiencies and experiences may take precedence.
Staffing exceptions must be approved by the hiring manager’s leader and HR Business Partner.

Working Conditions: Normal office environment. Some overnight travel may be required.
