About The Role

As a CBRE Procurement Sr. Manager, you'll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing service providers for outsourced services. You will also assist multiple departments with developing and executing sourcing and procurement strategies.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide formal supervision to employees, including training, development, performance evaluations, and coaching.
  • Coordinate and lead the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
  • Assist in developing company-wide policies, procedures, and organizational materials.
  • Collaborate with business partners, operational teams, and global shared services to develop and implement strategies at various levels.
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts supporting large purchases of goods and services.
  • Oversee contract processes, including terminations, expirations, extensions, and renewals.
  • Manage supplier and contractor certification processes, conduct vendor performance reviews, and approve costs.
  • Mentor staff on outsourcing practices and manage issues across diverse locations and cultures.
  • Review and approve contracts with national and regional service providers, ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Improve existing methods, processes, and standards.
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; in lieu of degree, experience and education will be considered. Certifications such as C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M. required or eligible.
  • Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management preferred.
  • Strong communication skills for conveying performance expectations and handling difficult conversations.
  • Leadership skills to empower teams and improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a curious, inquisitive mentality.
  • Advanced math skills for financial calculations.

Disclaimers
