About The Role

As a CBRE Procurement Sr. Manager, you'll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing service providers for outsourced services. You will also assist multiple departments with sourcing and procurement strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and develop staff, conduct performance evaluations, and coaching.
• Coordinate team activities, establish work schedules, and mentor staff.
• Develop organizational policies, work with global teams, and implement strategies.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, oversee contract renewals, and manage vendor performance.
• Handle certification processes and review vendor locations.
• Educate on outsourcing practices and manage expectations across diverse teams.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 5-8 years of relevant experience; certifications like C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M. required or eligible.
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Advanced math skills for financial calculations.
