We are seeking a seasoned procurement professional to join our Global Procurement team as the leader of our Management Advisory Services category. This high-impact role will report to the Associate Director of Professional Services Procurement and will lead the Advisory Services Program, driving global strategies that support executive leadership and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in healthcare or FMCG industries, deep expertise in global category management, and a strategic mindset focused on innovation, risk mitigation, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and refresh of the global Management Advisory Services category strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
• Deliver high-quality advisory services that generate ROI and meet evolving business needs.
• Provide strategic sourcing and procurement support across consulting engagements and supplier relationship management.
• Partner with senior leaders across multiple corporate functions to build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Lead complex sourcing initiatives including RFPs, negotiations, and contract management with global suppliers.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to support procurement initiatives and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Apply end-to-end supply chain knowledge to optimize procurement decisions and improve cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs, including performance metrics, feedback loops, and innovation partnerships.
• Promote diversity and inclusion by expanding opportunities with diverse suppliers.
• Drive continuous process improvements and leverage market intelligence to influence procurement activities and decisions.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Finance, or a related field required.

Experience

• Minimum of 7 years in Global Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or global business management (Consulting, Finance, HR), with a focus on indirect procurement and professional services.
• Deep category expertise in Management Advisory Services, including strategy development, supplier relationship management, and project execution.
• Preferred experience in healthcare or FMCG industries.
• Demonstrated business acumen and ability to apply financial and market data in strategic decision-making.
• Proven experience engaging with senior executives and leading cross-functional teams.

• Hybrid work model with occasional on-site presence required
