The role partners with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, EHS, and Supply Chain to optimize processes, improve reliability, and scale best practices across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
• 5 years of engineering experience in manufacturing CI.
• Green or Black Belt certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across the Seabrook site to drive safety, quality, productivity and cost performance.
• Lead complex CI initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma and TPM methodologies.
• Mentor engineers and operators to sustain best practices and capability growth.
• Support capital projects, process design, commissioning and validation.
