Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
- 5 years of engineering experience in manufacturing CI.
- Green or Black Belt certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across the Seabrook site to drive safety, quality, productivity and cost performance.
- Lead complex CI initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma and TPM methodologies.
- Mentor engineers and operators to sustain best practices and capability growth.
- Support capital projects, process design, commissioning and validation.
