Outreach, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Print Finisher Technician to lead our finishing operations. You will command bindery equipment, supervise a team, and ensure every project meets quality and timing standards.

You will review job tickets, perform QC checks, and mentor junior technicians while coordinating with production to meet customer requirements. A strong commitment to safety and efficiency is essential to succeed in this role.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of print finishing or bindery experience, preferably in perfect-bound book production.
• Strong knowledge of commercial print finishing equipment and processes.
• Ability to read job tickets, schedules, purchase orders, and production documents.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience with Horizon BQ470 and Challenger CMT130 is a plus
• Ability to read job tickets, schedules, purchase orders, and production documents

• Basic mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
