Outreach, Inc. in Colorado Springs is seeking a Bindery Operator to join our production team. You will set up and run finishing equipment to turn printed materials into finished books and products for churches and ministries worldwide.

Three years of experience in commercial printing is preferred, but we provide training on our equipment. This on-site role offers full benefits and a collaborative, climate-controlled workplace.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating commercial printing, bindery, or finishing equipment.
• Ability to follow job tickets and written production instructions.
• Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

ABOUT THE JOB

Enjoy hands-on work and take pride in a quality finished product? Outreach is looking for a Bindery Operator to join our production team. You’ll operate equipment that turns printed materials into finished books and other products supporting churches and ministries around the world.

If you have experience with commercial printing or finishing equipment, we’d like to hear from you. Three years of experience is preferred, but applicants with less experience and relevant equipment skills are encouraged to apply. We provide training on our specific equipment, so you do not need experience with every machine listed.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Three or more years of print finishing or bindery experience
• Experience producing perfect-bound books
• Experience with Horizon BQ470 or Challenger CMT130 equipment is helpful, but not required.
