The Payload and Ground Systems Division at Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSS) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Systems Engineer in support of the Protected Tactical SATCOM – Resilient (PTS) program. Built in partnership with the U.S. Space Force’s Space Systems Command, the company’s PTS-R system will deliver a modular, flexible and scalable system that offers a path toward fielding a next-generation anti-jam, protected tactical satellite communications architecture. Northrop Grumman’s system provides a dependable communications pathway for each user capable of fighting through adversaries’ attempts to disrupt connections. The position will be based 100% on-site in Redondo Beach, CA.
Salary Range: $137,400.00 - $206,000.00. Compensation includes potential overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, and long-term incentives. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plans, paid holidays, and PTO. The application period is approximately 20 days from posting, subject to change.
