Join our team! As a Systems Engineer, you will research, architect, model, simulate, test, certify, and improve cutting-edge products and services. You will develop complex system architectures within contextual modeling platforms, guiding projects from operational concept through preliminary and detailed design, simulation, and testing using advanced tools. As a cross-functional engineer, you will own system-level responsibilities for new products and processes throughout their lifecycle.

The ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and aviation. It is a prime integrator for high-performance ISR and aviation systems, encompassing design, integration, testing, certification, training, and logistics support. IAS tailors solutions to meet customer requirements for cost, performance, and schedule, consistently exceeding expectations with an excellent record of on-time and on-budget deliveries.

Qualifications You Must Have :

• Bachelor's of Science degree in Systems Engineering or related discipline with typically 16+ years of relevant experience. Higher education may substitute for experience.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
• Progressive experience working in multi-disciplinary design and development teams.
• Thorough understanding of requirements management, functional requirements parsing, derivation, allocation, systems design, integration, risk management, and Verification and Validation (V&V) principles.
• Strong background in distributed systems, secure communication, and embedded development.
• Proficiency with programming languages such as Java, C++, Python.
• Experience with DevSecOps tools including Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab CI/CD.
• Knowledge of tactical networks, real-time data links, and secure communications.
• Experience leading teams on classified programs with mission-critical deliverables.
• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer :

• Prior experience with flight control, aerospace software, or command and control systems.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and modern software pipelines.
• Deep knowledge of systems integration, mission assurance, and cross-domain solutions.
• Experience with systems modeling tools such as DOORS, Rhapsody, NoMagic, MATLAB.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical design principles and Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE).
• Certification or experience with INCOSE standards.
• Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry.
• Experience leading baseline definition and maturation in complex development environments, including trade studies.
• Experience establishing and tracking Technical Performance Measurements (TPMs).
