Responsibilities

• serve as a scientific expert in assay development, define technology roadmaps, lead innovation in spatial dye architectures, bead surface chemistries, and conjugation strategies
• oversee complex technical investigations and intellectual property generation

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field
• 20+ years industry experience in assay or reagent development, with expertise in biomarker detection technologies, multiplexed assays, spatial biomarker applications, and regulated diagnostic environments

Preferred

proven track record translating science into commercial products, patents, high-impact publications, experience with scaling manufacturing, and familiarity with diagnostics (IVD, CLIA, FDA).
