Northrop Grumman is seeking a Sr Staff Software Development Analyst to lead software testing, quality engineering, and governance across programs. The role requires on-site work at multiple NG locations and collaboration with product, engineering, and operations teams to drive quality from design through delivery.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in automated testing, CI/CD integration, and quality metrics, with a current US Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related STEM field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development or quality engineering.
• Experience leading enterprise testing initiatives.
