Ladders is seeking a Sr. Principal Product Manager, AI Agents to shape the vision for an emerging AI Agents portfolio with emphasis on customer value, monetization, and differentiation. This remote US-based role partners with technology, product, and go-to-market teams to translate market insights into launch-ready solutions.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in product management, deep AI exposure, and a track record of driving strategy and revenue growth in evolving markets.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Principal Product Manager, AI Agents to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will shape the vision and strategy for an emerging AI Agents portfolio, with a strong emphasis on customer value, monetization, and long-term product differentiation. The position will partner closely with cross-functional teams across technology, product, and go-to-market to turn market insights into clear priorities and launch-ready solutions. The ideal candidate will help define the standards, metrics, and operating principles that guide this evolving product category.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $185,000 – $195,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI Agents.
• Establish product principles and standards as the category evolves.
• Identify emerging technologies and market shifts to inform strategy.
• Validate high-value opportunities through customer discovery and market research.
• Develop business cases for new products, focusing on customer problems and monetization.

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with recent AI technology exposure.

• Track record of creating clarity in evolving markets and technologies.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous situations and turn goals into action.
• Strong technical fluency with AI Agents, LLMs, APIs, and modern AI architectures.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and influence across non-direct teams.
