This site represents Lilly’s largest investment in manufacturing capacity, supporting current and future products, including new modalities. This is a unique opportunity to join the startup team for a greenfield manufacturing site, helping to establish processes and facilities for successful GMP manufacturing operations.
We are seeking Senior Principal Process Engineers to support our API Manufacturing Business in Lebanon. Process Engineering is vital for delivering our product pipeline across batch and continuous API production and development.

Compensation for this role ranges from $64,500 to $167,200, depending on experience and location. Full-time employees are eligible for bonuses, comprehensive benefits, including 401(k), health plans, paid time off, and well-being programs. Lilly reserves the right to modify these offerings as needed.
