Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Sr. Principal Industrial Security Analyst 4/Lead CPSO to lead security analysts in the United States. The role develops and administers security programs for classified materials, ensuring compliance with DoD directives and agency requirements.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor's with 8+ years in CPSO/Industrial Security or an MS with 6+ years, possess a Top Secret clearance, and are U.S. citizens. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Responsibilities

• Train and lead several security analysts.
• Manage destruction, security education and awareness, and compliance.
• Create, maintain, and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.
• Implement a multi-disciplined security program, including access control, personnel security, physical security, and OPSEC.
• Study and implement federal security regulations that apply to company operations.
• Obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies.
• Prepare manuals outlining regulations, and establish procedures for handling, storing, keeping records, and granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials.
• Conduct security education classes and related briefings.
• Investigate security violations and prepare reports with preventive action.
• Maintain working knowledge of DoDM 5205.07 Directives, ICD 705, and/or NISPOM applicable sponsor procedures.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of CPSO, Industrial Security or relevant experience, or MS degree and 6+ years of CPSO, Industrial Security or relevant experience.
• Additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's.
• Experience with DoD 5205.07 SAP Manual, ICD 705, ICD 704, and/or NISPOM applicable sponsor procedures.
• Current active Top Secret clearance.
• U.S. citizenship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DISS, SIMS, and/or JADE.
• Additional CPSO experience.

Compensation

Primary Level Salary Range: $112,200.00 - $168,200.00.
