Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Sr. Principal Industrial Security Analyst 4/Lead CPSO to train and lead security analysts, manage destruction, security education and awareness, and ensure program compliance.

The role develops, administers security programs for classified materials, and implements federal regulations (DoD/ICD/NISPOM). Active Top Secret clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years CPSO/Industrial Security experience, or MS with 6+ years.
  • Experience with DoD 5205.07 SAP Manual, ICD 705/704, and NISPOM sponsor procedures.
  • Active Top Secret clearance and US citizenship.
  • Experience building and managing security programs for classified material.

Responsibilities

  • Train and lead security analysts and manage destruction, education and awareness, compliance.
  • Develop and administer security programs for classified materials and equipment.
  • Study and implement federal security regulations applicable to company operations.
  • Prepare manuals and procedures for access, storage and record-keeping.

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Sr. Principal Industrial Security Analyst 4/Lead CPSO to


  • train and lead several security analysts, manage destruction, security education and awareness, compliance, create, maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers.

  • Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.

  • Experience in program security, with knowledge of implementing a multi-disciplined security program (access control, personnel security, physical security, OPSEC etc.).

  • Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations.

  • Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies.

  • Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitor’s access to restricted records and materials.

  • Conducts security education classes and related briefings.

  • Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.

  • Working knowledge of DoDM 5205.07 Directives, ICD 705, and/or NISPOM applicable sponsor procedures.


Basic Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of CPSO, Industrial Security or relevant experience: or MS Degree and 6+ years of CPSO, Industrial Security or relevant experience: An additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's.

  • Experience with DoD 5205.07 SAP Manual, ICD 705, ICD 704, and/or NISPOM applicable sponsor procedures.

  • Current Active Top Secret Clearance.

  • US Citizenship.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience with DISS, SIMS, and or JADE.

  • CPSO experience.

  • MPR#


Primary Level Salary Range: $112,200.00 - $168,200.00


The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.


Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
