Your Career

We are seeking a Senior Principal Engineer (Tech Lead) to lead the design and delivery of high-impact projects in the Generative AI space. You will play a pivotal role in advancing our AI technology, leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and ML Ops to drive impactful solutions. As a technical leader, you will lead projects, mentor cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and contribute to our AI strategy.

Your Impact

• Create and deliver new product and mission features used daily by many customers.
• Lead industry technology evolution and create positive business impact.
• Design and develop workflow frameworks using AI/ML, including result collection, visualization, and monitoring tools.
• Develop and deliver training materials.

Qualifications

Your Experience

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent military experience.
• 15+ years in Machine Learning and data analytics.
• 10+ years in design, algorithms, and data structures; proficiency in Java, Python, Golang.
• Proven leadership and ability to deliver under deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Design.
• Track record of solving complex real-world problems with Machine Learning.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow, NLP, Large Models, Generative AI, Langchain, Transformers is a plus.
• Understanding of ML Ops practices and experience with Google Vertex AI is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a self-driven team player.

Compensation Disclosure
