Northrop Grumman Defense Systems Sector is seeking a Sr. Principal Contract Administrator (Level 4) to join its team of qualified and diverse professionals. This full‑time, on‑site position offers a 9/80 schedule and is located in Jacksonville, FL. Candidates able to work from another Weapons Integration & Mission Solutions Business Unit Northrop Grumman site will be considered, with preference for employees in Lake Charles, LA and BWI Campuses.
Primary Level Salary Range: $101,400.00 – $168,200.00. The above range is a general guideline; Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as scope and responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses reward individual contributions and share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for long‑term incentives. Northrop Grumman provides health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a savings plan, company‑paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) for vacation or personal business.
