Job summary

#twiceasnice Recruiting is seeking a Senior Analyst, Pricing & Cost Strategy to lead cost estimation and pricing initiatives for complex manufacturing projects. You will analyze production costs, supplier quotes, and market data to develop accurate, competitive pricing models.

You’ll collaborate with production, procurement, and engineering teams to validate cost structures and drive data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pricing and cost analysis within a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record in margin management and cost modeling
• Willing to travel up to 20% to Wichita, KS

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and overhead
• Research market rates, vendor quotes, and historical data to support accurate pricing
• Prepare pricing proposals and bid packages for customer review
• Partner with engineering and production teams to ensure BOM accuracy and cost transparency
• Collaborate with procurement to analyze supplier quotes and manage vendor relationships
• Monitor cost drivers, pricing trends, and market conditions to support competitive bids
• Generate pricing reports, dashboards, and visualizations to inform leadership decisions
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in estimating accuracy and cost management processes

In this hands-on role, you’ll analyze production costs, supplier quotes, and market data to develop accurate, competitive pricing models. You’ll collaborate with production, procurement, and engineering teams to validate cost structures, align with project scope, and drive data-informed decisions. This role combines analytical rigor with cross-functional collaboration—balancing financial precision and operational insight to strengthen margins and ensure cost-effective project execution.
