Previous experience in Revenue Growth Management or Pricing Analyst role

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance, or related business area

Minimum 5 years of experience in data, financial, or business analysis.

Hands on experience in SAP, Nielsen/IRI experience a must

• Advanced user of ExcelGenerate pricing strategies focused on value creation and rooted in consumer insights, brand positioning, and portfolio roles.
• Balance customer requirements with production and logistics constraints when developing optimal pricing strategy
• Provide data driven insights that support effective pricing strategies with the goal of enhancing margins and driving growth in net sales.
• Develops models to draw pricing conclusions.
• Provide expertise and guidance on pricing recommendations while understanding impact on product volume and margin.
• Support commercial functions with ad hoc requests on pricing and develops recommendations for tactical, short-term pricing moves and set goals and measurements.
• Deliver fact-base analysis to assist Marketing and Sales teams in determining and aligning to channel pricing guidelines, including but not limited to promotional frequency, depth and floor pricing
• Analyzes, identifies/establishes, and implements price and promotional guardrail recommendations for annual plan along with incremental funding requests in year.
• Assist in building/maintaining a comprehensive data repository for all pricing guidelines and price lists for all products, channels and segments.
• Position may require occasional travel.
• Performs any and all additional tasks as assigned by company management.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
