Honeywell Aerospace in Aguadilla, PR is seeking a Sr Pricing Analyst to implement pricing strategies, maximize profitability, and identify pricing opportunities. The role reports to the Sr Pricing Manager and operates on a hybrid schedule, with the first 90 days onsite required for external hires.

You will develop business cases, conduct financial analysis, support negotiations with customer teams, and advise on pricing for spares and repairs, including government and international contracts.

Job Description

As a Sr Pricing Analyst here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will implement pricing strategies to optimize profitability, and you will identify pricing opportunities.

You will report directly to our Sr Pricing Manager, and you’ll work out of our Aguadilla, PR location on a hybrid work schedule. Please note for external hires you will be required to work first 90 days onsite in office.

In this role, you will impact the organization by maximizing revenue generation and improving profitability through effective pricing strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Contributing to the development of the business case, competitive assessment, risk mitigation and negotiation strategy in support of customer business proposals
• Driving top line and bottom-line growth through the preparation of sound business and financial analysis that is properly balanced between the optimization of Honeywell profitability and the creation of customer value.
• Provide negotiation support to our customer business teams.
• Provide pricing recommendations for transactional spares and repairs as needed.
• Developing positive working relationships with the other functions supporting the business.
• Driving organizational excellence (productivity, margin expansion, consistent methodologies and skill development) through the implementation of continuous improvements utilizing tools and training.
• Preparing FAR12 & FAR15 Transactional RFQ’s for prime contractors and US Government agencies and preparing proposals for non-US Government customers
• Supporting DCAA/DCMA and prime contractors with audit and fact-find requests.
• Support pricing initiatives for domestic/international military customers.
• Ensure consistency with pricing growth margin guidelines for D&S aftermarket customers.

Travel, up to 15%, may be expected.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Minimum of 2.5 years of directly related experience in a pricing, finance, accounting, or business analysis role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to write, read and speak English
