Senior PMO Managers to own delivery oversight across the full transformation portfolio. Focus areas
include commercial growth, game development, data & analytics, operations, logistics and technology.Reporting to the SVP / Head of Transformation, each Senior PMO Manager owns the end-to-enddelivery oversight for their assigned workstreams — converting strategic initiatives into fully charteredprojects, running a disciplined steerco cadence with functional leads, maintaining the portfolio mastertracker, and ensuring that schedule, cost, and value commitments are met or escalated before theycompound into larger problems. Identifying interdependencies, sequencing delivery and building fullroadmap.
Responsibilities
- Initiative Charter Development — Lead the conversion of strategic initiatives into fully definedprojects — scope, deliverables, cost estimates, milestones, value cases, and owners — in closepartnership with workstream functional leads
- Portfolio Tracking — Own and maintain the workstream master tracker: RAG(Red/Amber/Green) status, milestone attainment, cost actuals vs. budget, and value delivery forevery initiative in the portfolio; serve as the single source of truth for delivery status
- Workstream Steering Committees — Chair and facilitate workstream steercos for all assignedworkstreams — prepare materials, drive decisions, publish decision logs
- Risk and Dependency Management — Maintain the risk and dependency register for theassigned portfolio; proactively surface cross-initiative blockers and escalated before theycompound into larger problems. Identifying interdependencies, sequencing delivery and building fullroadmap.
- Executive Reporting — Produce portfolio status packs for the SVP / Head of Transformation;contribute to Executive Steering Committee materials and quarterly Board reporting
- Value Alignment — Coordinate with the Value and Analytics Lead to ensure initiative milestoneplans align with value delivery gates and business case commitments; flag initiatives at risk of value slippage
- Team Enablement — Onboard and coach project coordinators within workstream teams on PMOstandards, charter templates, and tracker discipline; raise program management capability acrossthe organization
Skills/Requirements
- Experience — 7+ years of program or project management experience, with at least 3 yearsmanaging multi-workstream transformation programs in a dedicated PMO, strategy consulting, orcomparable enterprise environment
- Portfolio Management — Demonstrated ability to manage complex, concurrent portfoliosspanning multiple functional workstreams simultaneously — commercial, operational, and/ortechnology
- Reporting and Communication — Strong command of RAG status reporting, milestonetracking, risk registers, and executive status communication; able to translate delivery complexityinto clear, concise executive-ready reporting
- Stakeholder Facilitation — Experience facilitating senior stakeholder meetings and drivingdecisions — not just documenting them; comfortable holding functional leads accountable in acollaborative, non-adversarial way
- Tools — Advanced proficiency in program management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft
- Project, Monday.com, or equivalent; strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Education — Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a relatedfield
- Certification — PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Communication — Exceptional written and verbal communication — clear, concise, andoutcome-focused across all levels: upward to the CEO and Board, lateral to peer SVPs, anddownward to the PMO team
- Education — Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a relatedfield; MBA preferred
- Certification — PgMP, PMP, or equivalent program management certification strongly preferred
Preferred
- Background in strategy consulting or a dedicated enterprise PMO function
- Experience in gaming, gaming technology, consumer entertainment, or comparable hardware- plus-software product industries
- For the Growth role: familiarity with commercial GTM motions — sales cycles, product launches,new market entry programs
- For the Ops/Tech/G&A role: experience managing ERP implementation, cloud migration, or dataplatform programs alongside operational transformation
- Exposure to AI-enabled product development or enterprise digital transformation programs
