Job summary

PortX, a leading AI-powered data and integration company, seeks a Senior Platform Engineer to build and manage our Kubernetes-based hosting platform on AWS. You will drive secure, highly available infrastructure, tooling, and platform enhancements across services in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities include optimizing infrastructure, ensuring SOC 2 compliance, and collaborating with development teams to deploy reliable microservices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Kubernetes in production at scale.
• Strong Python and Go proficiency.
• Experience with IaC tools such as Pulumi or Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage secure, highly-available cloud infrastructure in AWS.
• Engineer platform technologies using multiple languages.
• Support and enhance internal platform tooling.
• Update infrastructure components for security and SOC 2 compliance.
• Create and manage networking integrations with customer networks.
• Troubleshoot production issues using observability tools.
