Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 5+ years of Oracle ERP/Oracle Fusion development experience.
• 3+ years of Fusion development on Oracle Fusion platform (OIC, VBCS, FBDI, SQL/PLSQL, OTBI, REST/SOAP).
• 1+ year Redwood UI experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution architecture and development across PLM modules.
• Deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion solutions including design, build, validation and deployment.
• Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, workflows, and training materials.

Purposeof the job

The SrDeveloper Oracle Fusion (PLM) will play a pivotal role in driving the successof Client’ Oracle Fusion initiatives primarily for Idea to Market - PLM track,with cross functional interactions across tracks like - O2C, S2P, R2R, H2Rtracks. This role is responsible for the overall architecture of the ERP fusionplatform, leading the implementation, supporting the operations, and ongoingoptimization of the Oracle fusion platform PLM track/modules. The role alsowill be responsible for various customizations and extensions of the platformensuring seamless integration with critical business functions to enablegrowth, efficiency, and operational excellence.

As a Sroracle fusion developer, you will be a technical lead, with hands-ondevelopment activities, shaping scalable and innovative solutions that advancebusiness functions primarily covering PLM processes. You will partner closelywith vendor implementation teams to validate and guide solution design, andensuring seamless delivery of projects, technical solutions. You will also beworking closely with all cross functional development & functional analyst teams,facilitating designs and solutions and resolving any inter-dependencies. Inthis role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT leaders totranslate business needs into robust, efficient, and user-friendly Oraclesolutions, ensuring the platform continuously delivers measurable businessvalue.

TechnicalSolution Architecture & Development. Project Delivery & Governance.

Responsiblefor technical solutions entire cycle delivery - technical analysis, design,documentation, build, validation, deployment and operational support.

Lead& develop end-to-end Oracle fusion solutions primarily across multiplemodules / process cycles covering PLM.

Designscalable and robust solutions, translating business needs into technicalstrategies.

Buildvarious CEMLI & RICE components of Oracle fusion platform, enablingenterprise business solutions.

Documentation,Compliance & Data Governance

Developand maintain Architecture diagrams, technical solution designs, workflows,documentation, and training materials.

Enforcedata governance policies and ensure compliance with security, privacy, andregulatory requirements.

TechnicalLeadership & Governance

Providetechnical direction, establish coding standards, perform peer reviews, andensure architectural alignment.

Defineand manage build, deployment, and release strategies. Support automation inactivities like Build & QA.

Governinternal team deliverables and monitor vendor/partner implementations.

BusinessEngagement & Requirements Translation

Partnerwith cross-functional teams (Commercial, Sales, Plant Operations,Manufacturing, Finance, Business and Technical teams) to understand businessrequirements.

Translatecomplex business needs into technical solutions aligned with Oracle/ERP bestpractices.

Collaboratewith stakeholders to design user/business-centric features and optimizeoperations, workflows

Platform Operations & Optimization

Oversee platform administration, optimization,stability, and operational maintenance.

Manage licenses, monitor system health, processstandardization, and ensure scalability of the platform.

Continuously enhance platform performance and userexperience through proactive improvements.

Assess platform quarterly/periodic releases and ensuretimely upgrades (including intermediate patch sets).

Education and Experience:

Education: Bachelor’sdegree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field(required).

ImplementationExperience: Experience with Oracle Fusion implementations in theManufacturing vertical, with at least two full-cycle implementations(preferred), and at least one covering (PLM) process area (required).

ERP /Development Experience: 5+ years of experience with Oracle ERP solutiondevelopment, with strong understanding of platform functionality,cross-functional integrations, and process cycles. (required)

FusionDevelopment Experience: 3+ years of development experience specifically onOracle Fusion platform (OIC, VBCS, FBDI, SQL/PLSQL, OTBI, SOAP/REST API's,Fusion Data Models Schemas). (required)

UIDevelopment Experience: Minimum of 1 Yr Redwood UI experience (required).

Build& Release: Exposure to & ability to architect release automationand utilize build pipe lines. (preferred)

Certifications:

Advanced,hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Applications implementation, development,and maintenance, with deep knowledge of CEMLI/RICEFW development practices.

Proficiencyin configuring Fusion modules for ground-up implementations, including and notlimited to - settings, parameters, workflows, configurations, flex fields,attributes, process builders, profiles, roles, users, rules, and security.

Deepunderstanding of all application interfaces connecting the business functionalflows.

Integration& Middleware

Provenability to design and build system integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud(OIC), SOAP/REST APIs, and file-based integration methods.

Experienceorchestrating data flows between modules and systems to align with businessprocesses.

Exposureto third-party integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft) and integrations withplatforms such as Salesforce, JDE, Tax Engines, Invoicing Solutions, SupplierPortals, and Manufacturing systems.
