Job summary

Greven Executive Search is assisting a major food & beverage manufacturer in Michigan to identify a bold operations leader who can oversee all plant operations for a large, complex facility with 300+ employees. This role is positioned as a bench-strength option for future Plant Director opportunities within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of leadership experience in a food & beverage plant environment, proven coaching ability, and a strong track record across

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience overseeing a large department or multiple departments within a food & beverage manufacturing environment.
• Strong people leadership and engagement skills, with experience coaching and developing managers and supervisors on the plant floor.
• Proven track record of delivering results across safety, quality, productivity, and cost in a manufacturing operation.
• Experience implementing Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement programs within a food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations for a large, complex food & beverage manufacturing plant.
• Coordinate multiple departments reporting into this role to ensure alignment with production goals.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and cost improvement initiatives through continuous improvement programs.
