Responsibilities

• Manage plan vs. performance on a 9-12 month rolling basis at region/BD/dept/channel levels.
• Develop actions to stay on plan and operate within Open to Buy and margin structure.
• Ordering and allocating inventory.
• Transportation calls within air spend.
• Outlet and aged inventory decisions including redline, Mark Out of Stock, and new hits.
• SKU count management and discipline.
• Promotional decisions including calendar review, performance analysis, and AUR adjustments based on actions.
• Tying out item plans and higher-level plans.
• Wholesale & franchise performance vs. expectations.
