Tailored Brands in Dublin, California, is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to lead merchandise planning and forecast/open-to-buy strategies. You will partner with Merchandising, Planning, and Replenishment to optimize inventory and drive sales and margins.
The role requires 12+ years of planning experience in retail apparel, a bachelor's degree, and strong analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools is essential.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Senior Planner to join our Merchandise Planning team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development of merchandise plans and the creation and management of forecast and open-to-buy strategies. This role works as an integral part of the Merchandising, Planning, and Replenishment teams by identifying risks and opportunities and making recommendations to ensure that we are maximizing our inventory investment. The Senior Planner is responsible for achieving sales, margin, and inventory objectives for the Company and working in conjunction with the Merchant team. This role also serves as a team leader as well as a point person for planning projects.

The starting salary for this position is $133,494 - $175,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications. Over time, and subject to performance, tenure, and evolving responsibilities, total compensation for this role may grow to as much as $190,000. Other compensation may include a 15% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
