Provides professional, competent, safe, appropriate care in the collection of blood samples from patients, ranging in age from newborn and elderly. Manages all equipment and samples related to blood collection and the transfer of information for inpatient and outpatient services. Maintains a professional, cooperative interaction with all hospital departments, medical staff, and the public in keeping with the mission and philosophy of Manatee Health. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.
