Do you enjoy building long-term relationships with donors and connecting them to the causes they care about? If so, you might be the perfect candidate for the Senior Philanthropic Advisor / Major Gifts position at our organization.
As a Senior Philanthropic Advisor / Major Gifts, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of at least 150 high-potential prospects. You will develop and implement customized moves management plans for each prospect, with the goal of soliciting and closing major outright gifts and complex gifts that drive revenue and support our mission. You will also steward existing donors and cultivate new ones through in-person visits, phone calls, video conferences, events, and other engagement strategies. You will work closely with senior leadership, program staff, and volunteers to articulate our business needs and values, including diversity and inclusion, and to align donor interests with our strategic priorities.
