Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our Roseville, MN pharmacy team. You will assist pharmacists in dispensing medications, communicating with patients, and ensuring timely responses to pharmacy needs in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds an active Minnesota Pharmacy Technician license, with at least 1 year of experience, and strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Minnesota Pharmacy Technician License.
• Minimum of 1 year of Pharmacy Technician experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex or high-priority issues.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and contact patients regarding pharmacy-related matters.
• Assist with dispensing unit doses, specialty pharmaceuticals, injectable medications, IV medications, and related supplies.
• Work collaboratively with pharmacists, technicians, and support staff to address pharmacy needs efficiently and accurately.
• Triage and prioritize requests to ensure prompt service for patients and healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in compliance with pharmacy regulations and company policies.
• Deliver excellent customer service while assisting patients and resolving inquiries.
• Support day-to-day pharmacy operations and workflow management.
• Ensure medication and supply orders are processed accurately and timely.
