This position will report to the Plant Manager and be based at our Manatee Plant located in Parrish, FL. Electrical craft experience preferred.
Electrical troubleshooting skillset required: AC/DC motors/controllers, low/medium voltage circuit breakers, generators, excitation systems, and general electrical maintenance standards. This position will troubleshoot and analyze equipment performance deviations while ensuring the site’s electrical equipment is maintained at the highest operational standards. Combined cycle operations and I&C knowledge are desired.
Employees in this senior‑level role direct a team of production and maintenance technicians and contractors in plant maintenance activities. Individuals in this position lead internal and external resources to deliver certainty, executing plant maintenance to achieve short‑ and long‑term site goals and objectives in safety, environmental compliance, reliability, availability and cost management.
