Florida Power & Light is seeking an Outage Manager based in Fort Myers, FL. This role involves managing maintenance specialists and ensuring compliance with regulations while maintaining project schedules.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in combined cycle power plants, and should ideally hold an MBA and an Engineering degree.

Leaders in this position have overall management accountability for the team of maintenance specialists, technicians, engineers, and contractors involved in major maintenance activities. This position manages internal and external resources to deliver certainty in all disciplines of major maintenance activities to achieve objectives for safety, environmental, quality, schedule, and cost compliance.
