Job summary

Nasscomm seeks a senior performance testing leader to manage enterprise-wide performance testing initiatives. You will oversee script development, test planning, and execution, ensuring quality and scalability across projects.

Responsibilities include governing testing standards, mentoring cross-functional teams, and maintaining testing infrastructure to align with security and organizational requirements.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years’ experience with LoadRunner Enterprise.
• 5 years with ALM and UFT.
• Software development experience preferred.
• Degree in a related field preferred; relevant work experience can supplement.

Job description

• Simulates hundreds/thousands of virtual users (Vusers)
• Captures KPIs like response time, throughput, error rate
• Provides analysis reports and graphs to identify bottlenecks
• Administrative support for maintenance of testing infrastructure and tools, including ALM, LoadRunner Enterprise, UFT, Etc.
• Performance testing SDLC executions, development of performance test Scripts, test plans, test executions, analysis, and reporting
• Develop, implement, and maintain performance testing policies, frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance with organizational and security standards
• Create, update, and manage training materials for performance testing and automation, ensuring they align with industry trends and organizational needs
• Deliver ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training to cross-functional teams to enhance their ability to execute automation and performance testing, driving continuous quality improvement
• Provide support for Performance testing and Automation initiative for teams and projects enterprise-wide
• Evaluate and recommend testing tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of testing processes

Preferred Skills:

• Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience with LoadRunner enterprise, 5 years with ALM and UFT and software development preferred.

Education:

• A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is preferred

NOTE:

If resources do not have a relevant college degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required.
