• Test plan/script creations for performance testing.
• Pro-active in highlighting show stoppers for overall testing and help in identification of corresponding resolutions.
• Analyze root causes of performance issues and provide corrective actions.
• Generate test summary reports for management review.
• Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes.

MUST HAVE SKILLS

• Should primarily know about Performance Testing and performance monitoring concepts.
• Should possess knowledge of Client Load Runner or similar Performance Testing tools.
• Well versed with Test Plan/Test Script creations/executions.
• Bottleneck identification & resolutions recommendations, scripting, report analysis.
• Strong communications skills.
• Ability to work in a team oriented collaborative environment.

Nice to have skills

• Retail Banking background.
• Well verse with SDLC concepts.
• Prior experience on performance testing, Client ALM Tool.
• Knowledge of database/web-servers, load balancers.
