Role Description:
The Sr. People Generalist, Fulfillment Operations is a hands-on role that serves as the main People Team representative within their assigned ShipBob Innovation and Fulfillment Centers tasked with providing full cycle Human Resources support to all employees, managers, and regional directors within the assigned location(s). In addition, you will work closely with our business leaders to execute HR initiatives and strategies to guide organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, workforce planning, and compliance within your assigned location. This role reports to the Manager, People Operations.

ShipBob believes in transparency while providing a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance approach. The expected base pay range for this position is $75,525 - $100,000. In addition to base salary, this role includes the opportunity to be eligible for participation in the Company's discretionary bonus plan based on Company's plans and in accordance with Company’s policies.
